I am waiting for the interview notice from Newark. To my knowledge reason for transfer is my FP problem. While going through the documents, I have come across the following:
1. Immediately after marriage we started using my Family name as my wife\'s Family name (LIC policies etc..). So my kids\' birth crtificate has my Family name to both me and my wife.
2. We took Passport with my wife\'s Maiden name. The reason was her family name is not changed to my family name officially. (EVEN NOW)
3. My wife\'s name ends with "ti". Because the way we pronounce it in India, her name is written as "thi" or "ti" as per individual\'s taste and was written differently("ti" or "thi"
in documents.
I have marriage certificate to defend the Family name. Comments are welcome on the above 3-issues.
