Hello all.
I am missing 1 a in my first name. In my H1-B approval my first name is spelled as amir instead of aamir. My passport has the correct name i.e aamir. and so as my birth certificate.
My question is, would it create problem when i file I-485. or i need to file the h1 amendment for name correction before filling for i-485.
