Is there a risk in the primary applicant (already recieved the stamp) in quitting their job with the employer who filed for GC especially when the dependent is still pending due to name check?
Also can the dependent apply for EAD/AP till Name check gets cleared. Will the dependent applicant need primary's employer letter or some such documents.
