Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to find if my case is stuck in Name Check? Yesterday, I searched my name in Google and I found that some one with my name is wanted by Delhi Interpol. Now I am very much sure my case is stuck in name check and I would like to find it out.

My FP is done on 10/22/2004.

eMail to 'fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov' with your DOB,Full Name,A#,Address etc.

In my opinion it should not take any more or less time just because someone with your name is wanted by Interpol. Either you clear the name check or not clear the name check ie there is a hit or miss against your name. if there is a hit you may get a RFE..........

MD rockville - what do you think?

read msomani's post..still there is hope for us..
kamvp don't worry a lot..there are only 1 million names for 6 billion people..
 
names reversed can cause problem ?

I was wondering if names (first,last) are reversed in different records would lead to additional checks (because I could not think of my name being in any police record thats the only conclusion that I could come to :o ).
Like I do have a credit card that has my first and last name reversed.

Any (wild) thoughts ?

:D what if middle name is not on cc !!
fact is if you have not done aything horrible you will get approval
