Name check

All Gurus,
How do we know our case is pending for name check or not ?
I and my wife did 2FP on 10/19/04 and FBI Sent fingerprint results same day to VSC.

It means our name check is complete ? am I Right.....?

If wrong then correct me please.......

No FP name check is diffrent then 485 name check. You need to write a mail to FBI to get any info. Search this forum to get the format and e-mail id

If I send email to fbi normally how long it takes to get reply. Is it possible I can call them and ask for name check?

How did you check your name check ?

If our name check is pending then It will says that "name check is pending " like that.........when we enter 485 EAC # ?

My case is pending so ..... so more confuse here........
