Infopass - A couple of times. Wasted time to get the same useless information

Contacted a lawyer about WOM. The lawyer mentioned that chaps at USCIS have got smarter and not scheduling interviews unless name check is cleared. According to him this is not a strong footing for WOM.

This whole process sucks big time.

Hi Guys,

Can you also specify if your spouse' interview was completed and it is only you that are in name check?

My pd is 04/07 and FP 05/07 and same for my spouse. But her interview was completed 12/07.

My spouse's PD was Jan-07, she completed her interview in May-07 and took oath in April-07.

Infopass is a waste of time I agree that, but we can put that in writing when we file WOM or send complains. I was in Baltimore DO for Infopass twice and both times she told me one sentence... Felt like a bum expecting so much from her.
