Name check stuck for spouse - need help with options

Hi,
Took an infopass as suggested by other here.
Mine is all cleared but my spouse name check is pending.
Since they process family together, we are both stuck.
I am trying to find the options.
Is it advisable to separate mine form spouse?
What are the steps to namecheck solution - I am thinking congressman inquiry, inquiry by lawyer.
Also do you guys think I need another FP? The lady at infopass was very confused about this. All she said was spouse name check in pending and asked me to write a letter to TSC.
Looking for advise on next steps..

Which of you guys is the primary applicant? If you are the primary then your case is approvable independently of your spouse's. What do you mean by "separate mine from spouse"? Is your spouse eligible for filing his/her own I-485?

Your last FP is from the sig 3/05... then yes, I think it's expired, need another.

namecheckhell, you need to call your service center if you know for sure that your namecheck is cleared. According to current policies if primary applicant has namecheck cleared then they approve primary's case even if derivative does not have namecheck cleared. I know this because I spoke to a certification officer at NSC on phone and he told this to me.I am myself facing same problem . My spouse (primary) got approved but my case is still pending due to name check.

I am the primary and spouse is the derivative.
Spouse name check is pending.
If I understood correct, code3 is theone that should be within 15 months.
So how do I get the new FP notice.
The officer at San Jose infopass was really dumb. She said she cannot do anything about it. Al she can say is spouse name check is pending.
For separate approval for primary, she said you have to write to TSC as they will normally process the two together.
How to ensure that they process my 485 now as spouse can work freely but primary cannot.
Based on ino here, I am doing the following:
I have already requested a service request for my case
sending letters to FBI for spouse name check
sending letter to congresswoman for spouse namecheck and inquiry with TSC
Asked my lawyer to initiate an inquiry - past experience says that they can get information much quicker from TSC
Take another infopass for my spouse to see if we can meet another officer and get different info..somehow cannot trust these guys

anything else I can do? Should I write a letter to TSC? I doubt if that makes any difference quick enough.

how to speak to certification officer?
I can only get through to reps that merely suggest initiating a service request.
The lady at infopass said she can only tell what on file. You have to writet o TSC.
