Name Check still was not initiated

I have called TSC last week and been told my Name Check was not initiated, and the woman told me she would created a SR and my Name Check should started. I called again today, a nice lady told me the same thing, still was not initiated and she will create a SR. My finger print has done 5 months ago but for some reason my Name Check just never been initiated. I don't know what to do, maybe I have to call them every week......
