Hi, Gus: Would you please give me the sample letter for name check status and contacting information, thanks!!!
 
Sir/Ma'am,

Please consider this a request to find out if the Name Check for my immigration case has been processed or not.

I am waiting on adjudication on my I-485 petition (received date Month/day/year) for Immigration to the US. When I contacted USCIS, through
automated phone system and on their website they could not give me anymore information other than that the case is pending.

I called up FBI to make sure that both my finger prints were processed with no problem and sent back to
USCIS Vermont.

I would appreciate if you could please let me know the status of the name check.
