Are the name check and security checks are same are both are different!!

Should be the same. There is another name, the background check. In the past there was no name check but the finger print only. After the DOL and the USCIS it is now the FBI's turn. The new backlog has been created by the FBI.

Good point immig.
This is the only way that CIS cann say to the President that they are doing their job OK while people are waiting for three or four years to have their applications approved. PASS THE BALL is the name of the game.
