I called VSC today and know my NC is still pending. The nice representative mentioned that they sent NC request to FBI on 10/25/05 and FBI responded the acceptance on 11/13/05. My case is EB1B 140/485 concurrently filed at VSC on 09/30/05. Any one know the sequence on this NC process? I never heard that FBI will respond the acceptance, any idea?
