Name Check question

My name on green card is different than the name on N-400 receipt.

My name on green card is say Woods Tiger
But the name on N-400 receipt is Tiger Woods

Could this cause a FBI Name check?

Do I need to apply for green card replacement and get my name changed to Tiger Woods?

What's the correct name?

GC should state:

Name: LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME

(Make sure there is comma in between the LASTNAME and FIRSTNAME).

Don't mess with your GC at this stage.

Thanks for the info. Is the N-400 receipt have it as FIRSTNAME followed by LASTNAME?

N-400 application has 2 different fields for FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME.

Can some one please respond

Correct

I checked mine and
N-400 Receipt: FIRSTNAME LASTNAME
Again, GC has: LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME

So it seems like you should not worry.
