Name check question

I did a name check enquiry for me and my spouse.
I got an email saying that my name check was cleared 2 and half months ago. My name check got cleared on the same day when USCIS requested.
My spouse name check is pending from that day.
Can anyone tell me why my name check got cleared and why not my spouse's.
I hardly have any credit history and I am a derivative applicant, do you think that is the reason my name check got cleared as they donot have much scope to scan through.

Please provide me with your inputs if anyone knows anything.

Same here.

My name check was cleared on May, 2003, spouse still not cleared till this day. Spouse has a very very common name. Congressman said I will have to wait till the spouse is cleared. It has been three years since our ND.

Hi friends
could u any body can explain about name check.
my 485 is pending with local ins office.we both done our fp on august 6th.
so how do i know wether mine and my wife namcheck was competed or not.
i need to contact FBI or LOCAL INS OFFICE.
please any suggestion will be appreciated.
