Name check process at the court vs asylum office

Is it true that only the asylum applicants who got approved at the asylum office go through the long name check process?

Asylum applicants who get approved by the judge don't have to go through the name check process.. Is that true?

Also, do asylum applications have low priority when it comes to the name check? I know that USCIS and FBI agreed to expedite the process. Does that new policy also apply to the asylum applicants or only citizenship and green card applicants?

Any answer please???

According to the new USCIS/FBI name check policy, 98% of pending name check get completed within 30 days and 2% get completed within 90 days.

Does that new policy also apply to pending name check for asylum applicants?

I remember when i went for my first hearing with the Judge, he stopped my hearing within 10 minutes after we started when he realized my fingerprints had not been done yet. I was given another hearing in one year time and a notice to have my biometrics done where they even took pictures of my eyes. After one year,we made sure my results were in before IJ could continue with my case. So i think we have to do name clearance.

As far as I know, fingerprint process is different from name clearance?
Did the judge postpone your hearing because of name clearance or fingerprints??
