Name check phone number anyone?

Does anyone have (or could point me in the right direction) for a telephone number for the FBI for me to call and ask about my Name Check. I've got a number for my FPs and they got cleared a day after I took them (ORLANDO DO), but I'm being told that my Name Check is taking the time (Nov '08 is when they submitted my name check, so almost a year)

Unfortunately name check division in FBI is not taking calls from the public anymore. You can only check the FP feedback status with FBI.

Call USCIS and ask them. An IO can tell you if name check is pending.

representative/senator/First lady

What I did in a same situation is that I requested my name check status via my US
Congress representative, Senators from my state, also First Lady.
They sent a letter to FBI and FBI answered them. I think it helped for my case,
but it was almost 3 years ago. You can find in web all contact informations
for Representatives/Senators/First Lady.
