**** Name check is pending for 15 months. What i can do? ****

Received an email from FBI saying my wife's Name Check is pending since November 14, 2003

( i sent an email for name check status on Oct-28 , 2004, so they replied today, if you want to do the same, send an email with A# to FBINNCP@ic.fbi.gov)

We are moving to PA next week.
is this will affect our name check process?

What i can do to fix this issue?

Any phone #?

Any address to send the letter?

Search name check, there's a very new thread that has the email address, sample letter and response.

Did you get reply in form of e-mail or regular postal mail or through Fedex ?

I want to send name check enquiry for pending spouse case by Fedex (with prepaid return service). Please reply.

I receive response in the E-mail only. I don't think you need to enclose return envelope.

Thanks for the reply ceejay. I did not send any email till now for name check. May be I will include email id as part of contact info. in Fedex mail.
