--- BCIS (Black cold ignorant service)

FBI claimed it finished most requests in 120 days,
then why Oct cases still there. It's BCIS fault , not FBI. And remember, most requests finished in 3 days.

FBI processes 85% of name check within 72 hours and another 10% within a week. So BCIS is looking for some new excuse to explain backlog...........

Visa Condor -
Visa Condor is a new program requiring security clearance checks for all people applying for visas in which an applicant's identification information must now be checked against 20 U.S. security databases. In addition, if an applicant is applying from a country which the U.S. has identified as a state sponsor of terrorism, the applicant must now fill out additional forms and be interviewed, fingerprinted, and subjected to additional identifying measures and background checks. There are 26 countries in this group, most of them predominantly Muslim. If a male applying for a visa is between 16 and 45 years of age, there may be additional delays.
Visa Mantis -
Visa Mantis is a new program requiring additional security measures if an applicant is applying to study in one of 16 different fields which the federal government has identified as being on a "technology alert" list.
