Name Check & I485

My Namecheck got cleared on April21, 2005 and FBI sent me a response saying that the results were sent to Washington DC. I would like to know when my 485 will be approved. Here are my details

EB2
I140/485 concurrent - March 15, 2004
FP Done: Sept 30,2004
I140 - AD - 2/23/2005
PD: July 2002

I have send the mail to FBI in Jan 17 and till now no response ???

You should expect your approval soon - say a month in most cases

Presume all the people who applied with you (dependents) name checks are also clear then you should see a quick approval.

FBI i think is still onto Dec 04 emails for name checks

How Do We Know Our Name Checked Or Not?

HOW DO WE KNOW OUR NAME CHECKED OR NOT? Recently I given my FP with Code 3. LUD Chaged but not message.
