Contact Senator, write directly to Mr.Hooton through your employer etc..last option is suing them I guess. There is a megathread in this forum on how to sue USCIS.

I have tried everything, without help so far--faxes, emails, fedex letters to Mr. Hooton, Letter from employer, congressman, senator, Ombudsman--no luck so far, and my namecheck is pending since april 2004. If you are current on PD, and over a few months on the date of 485 processing date, considering a lawsuit may be the only option to get things moving.
Since my PD is not current, it is not an option.

What does it take to start a Class Action suit? Some of participants in the forum appear to be waiting for nearly 2 years (or more) for Name Check. For most of them, there is a potentially obvious - "No Find" result when the search terminates. Although it may take a few more months till we get to know that "officially". Something to think about.
