We come under Schedule A (Current) and We applied for Concurrent processing on I-140 & I-485 on 11/15/2004 , I-140 Approved on March 2005 And we have been pending in name check for long time , I mean really we don't know when they initiate the name check ! My question is -
We live in Irving TX and do want to approach either Congressman/Senator to expedite the process if possible , have any one used the services of Senator /Congressman local to Irving, TX , I really appreciate if any one can share the info like Who can help us to get through this process ..
