Name check email format

I know this have been been discussed and shared many time here, but could not find through search.

Just 3 questions:

1? whats the best way to know if my Name check is pending/cleared/???.
2? whats the email and or fax format that we can send to FBI.
3? does calling customer service work. if so whats the number.

When does one can begin to inquir the results of the Name Check of the FBI after the FP is done, two weeks, one month or whenever? Thanks.

I think Name check is required only for I-485 approval. Ideally after FP.

anyone correct me if I am wrong.

No stable pattern

But, frequently even before FP, I've got my submitted Mar 2003 while FP were taken June-July 2003.

Yes, many people wrote to FBI and got responses
