Name Check Completed in Feb, CIS not Received Yet, What to do???

Dear All,

I am a new comer here, and I hope somebody would be able to help me with the problem I encountered for Name Check.

I sent an email to FBI last November, and received their email on March 15, 2005 stating that they completed my name check and forward the results to CIS Headquarters on February 11, 2005.

However, as I called TSC this morning, they still shows name check as "pending". It has been more than 3 months. What could I do now to clear this issue?

Ask ur attorney to send TSC a letter along with printout of the email u received.

hope it would help. remember there is a lot of diff u contact and ur att does. TSC-USCIS usualy give cold response when applicant directly try to communicate.

POJ, thank you for your reply!

I am going to contact my attorney to see whether he could do anything for me then. Sometimes it is so hard to get any warm response from him, and I start to do everything by myself though I paid him $$$ just for mailing the materials to the right address.
