Name Check cleared

Hi Guys,

Today i took Infopass My name check is cleared, last month it was pending.

I got an LUD on My approved I-140 on 11/25.

I-485 - Sent July5th. - Transferred ---> WAC ---> back to NSC
EAD- Card Received
AP - Approved.

Hi Satish,
I also got LUD on my approved I140 on 11/25. My NC is pending since Jun'2006. Is there any correlation between NC and LUD on approved I140.

Hi

You can take infopass and check weather the NC is still pending or cleared.

Will your case wait till it is assigned to an officer?

I have called last week and this week the I/O said the NC is clear wating for the PD to be current to assign to an officer...bla bla...
