Name Check cleared oct-2007

I called up TSC IO today to get the status of my pending EAD renewal. It's been assigned to officer for more than 30 days but no approval. My name check is also pending since 11/2005. When I asked about the name check, she said it is cleared in 10/2007. I asked about visa number, she said not available. Following the mails in the forum, I see N.Cs pending over 2 years are getting cleared.

Great news! Once you get out of NC hole, there is hope ahead.
Unfortunately I called this pass Monday, according to TSC IO, my NC is still pending.
