Hi All,
I called up the emergency line and managed to land a "nice guy"
who took my case details.
He said the name check shows as "cleared" on their system but
wasn't sure if they received the paper documents to that effect from
FBI...I've read many posts on this board about cases shuttling between
FI and INS regarding name check with each party claiming their part
being completed ???
Any suggestions ? To top it all, the Jul 1 date for visa numbers is
looming large.

140/485 ND 9/27/04
FP Done: 10/08/04
RFE on 140 responded and recd by INS 5/20
LUD, 5/20 (RFE recd, 5/23 ?? )
No action after that???
