Name Check: anybody's experience with Dallas/Plano congressman/senator?

I would like to know if there have been any favorable responses from Senator/Congressman in the Dallas/FortWorth Area regarding expediting I-485 name check process. I faxed release of privacy form to Congressman Sam Johnson last week. Not sure if he would care to take my case, so wanted to know if Congressman/Senators were any helpful.

not much help so far

Hi,

I have tried Sam johnson and John Cornyn, among which i found Sam Johnson's office more helpful. The immigration casework specialist however told me that they cannot ask FBI to expedite name check. I told her i have been waiting 3 years and how long more do i have to wait.

In summary, no one is able to help when it comes to FBI (I guess). Do let me know your experience.

Not Much Help from congressman and senetor in DFW area....

I tried to take help from congressman and senator in DFW area and they are not willing to expedite the name check or contact the FBI ???.
