Name changed

My step father named me Sylvester Addo Danquah and later search and found my biological father so I change my name to Mohammed Iddrissu in August,2020 taking my biological father's surname and two month later in October,2020 I applied for DV Lottery 2020 with my new name .I checked when the results were release and fortunately i was selected with my new name. Right now all my School certificates, Identity card, Birth Certificate, Travelling Passport all bares my old name Sylvester Addo Danquah.
I am applying for new Travelling Passport to contain my new name Mohammed Iddrissu as well as Birth Certificate.
Can this new name refuse me a DV-Lottery Visa.?????

1. So what was the name on the passport you used in submitting the DV entry back in 2020?
2. And why do you need a new birth certificate with your biological father listed as your father? What was the father's name listed on your original birth certificate?
