Name Change

Hi folks,
At the time of applying for citizenship, my wife had checked the name change option. Is it possible at the time of interview to state that one is not interested in name change, she would like to retian the name

Your wife will be able to let the adjudication officer know that she has changed her mind about the name change on the day of the interview. It will be no problem at all. The officer will list any changes to the original N-400 on a separate form, and your wife will be asked to sign the form to confirm the changes.
