name change w/ ND > 11/99

anyone with ND > 11/99 who had 485 on hold,

Please post if you have been approved or your hold has been removed.
I\'m trying to get a feeling what cases VSC is proccessing now for
485\'s that were on hold because of name change.

thanks for your reply. Looks like VSC is proccessing 8/99, 9/99, 10/99, 11/99.

Any thoughts when/how fast they will move beyond these dates ?

Me: PD 1998 05, RD 11 99, FP in 3/2001,I 140 applied in May 2001.
From the approval patterns in this forum, I feel that for Non RFE cases, they started from Aug, Sep and they are upto 10/99 cases( at least I hope so)

my ND is 1/2000, REF for emp letter on May/14/2001. Called IIO one weeks a ago, she said it is still waiting to be assigned to the officer. Not sure how is now

from CcarVSC\'s post, I guess it\'s obvious that they haven\'t reached 1/00 cases.
hopefully they will soon....!
