Name change question

Hello everyone,
On the N-400, I indicated of my decision to change my name. However, due to personal reasons, I decided that I want to keep my name as is. Should I call 800 number to let them know? or Can I let the immigration officer know about my decision to keep the name unchanged during the interview???

You can just tell the IO at the interview that you don't want to do the name change. There is no need to call the USCIS customer service in advance and it would be useless anyway - they cannot alter your N-400 until your actual interview, when you are present.
