Name change in Passport..little worried

Hey,


Can I change my name in passport while 485 is pending?. Actually it is not change of name but changing order of Name in passport. Which was incorrect from the beginning.
My name is messed up in Passport, H1B, and 485 Application. In all those documents the order of my name is different...

Pls help ..am a little worried...

What do u suggest, change the name in Passport according to 485 application...or do u think it is better to leave it as it is....

Do you think it will effect my greencard process in any way?
Anybody with same prob?

I think you have filed I-485, if you change now it will mess-up. Name on passport, H1, DL and I-485 keep the same.
What is wrong with passport name?
What name is on DL?
What name is on LC?
What name is on I-140?
What name is on I-485?

You can do it. I have done it for my wife(whole name change) including first and last name. I have informed to USCIS about name change through attorney and as of now we didn't have any issue.
We recently renewed her EAD with new name and USCIS approved on new name.
I think this helps your concern.
