Name change certificate?

I opted for a name change during my naturalization. My citizenship certificate has the new name.

However during oath ceremoney I was only given one naturalization certificate. Was I also supposed to get another ceritificate for name change? They did not give those to anybody.

I read in another post while applying for Indian OCI we do need to send name change certificate. How can I get the name change certificate?

No you were supposed to get one naturalisation certificate only.

If your name change was NOT due to marriage, they should have given you a separate name change court order. Make an Infopass appointment to follow up about getting one.

If your name change was due to marriage, use the marriage certificate as evidence of your name change.
