I applied for N400 with name change.

Can you contact customer service and cancel the name change??. Somebody in Orange County, California could tell me how much the process take with name change??. I need to know because I don´t know if I can wait too much time due to business raisons.

You can cancel it during interview by letting IO know you wish to withdraw name change.

Which process ... a name change process done in a court in Orange County (separate from naturalization)? Or the naturalization process with name change included?

So what you are really interested in is the difference between naturalization with name change vs. without name change in your area. I guess you'll have to wait for others from the area to comment on that.

Note that in some areas all oaths are judicial oaths, so there is no difference in the time frame if you do the name change or not.
