Name change at court house.

I am scheduled for court for a name change. I was told FBI card came back and everything looked okay but I need to bring my Credit report with me to court.
What happens when you go for name change at court house. I have never been to one. Can someone enlighten me?

I have to be in court on the 20th of November. Hope this will be done then start filing for my children. Otherwise, thanx again buddy.
