Friends, Finally it is my time to say approved. I heard this yesterday over the AVM. My details are PD 6/98,ND 9/99, FP 8/00, . Applied for i-140 amendment in 3rd week of May, no receipt yet.(I dont think it is approved). NO RFE issued at all. Company name was different in I140 and I485. I had called IIO a total of 6 times in the last 2 years after applying for I-485.
On 25th , IIO informed that case is assigned to officer a couple of days back.
ON 10th: IIO informed that yesterday your case has been pulled for review.
ON 12th Case approved.
So, hang in friends, all the old cases will be approved soon. My secret ,is have belief in GOD and chant regularly.

I am very happy that my case got thru and approved after having gone thru a real torture.(Lawyer troubles,Priority date retrogression, Name change hold, new cases approved before old ones, Mail room problems.... just to mention a few).
