Does one get a court document indicating a name change along with the naturalization certificate at the oath ceremony. Thanks.

They will just issue you the court doc. showing that your name have changed from so to so. Also the naturalization cert. will bear your new name.

The IO conducting your interview should have had you sign two copies of the name change petition. One of them will be sealed by the court clerk and returned to you at the oath ceremony, along with your naturalization certificate.
