NAME ARRANGEMENT /SEQUENCE ON DEGREE & SECONDARY SCHOOL

Hi,
Are the number of refused cases ( visas.) in a given region are again added to the main quota of that region. OR is it that these refused & unused visas are wasted just like that.
Are they automatically added.
& Can visas from one region be allocated to some other region..
Example: Can visas from Europe be allocated to Asia if there are some remaining unused visas.?

Hi, Actually I'm in a very confused state. My CN : AS 23K submitted ds-260 July 7th & my embassy : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. But what I observed is that cn till 8100 is ready at the embassy for AS region. & the case are moving quite slowly & but embassy capacity is moderate.
So my question is that if I request a embassy transfer to Mumbai (India.) As im a Indian citizen & I have seen case upto 30k ready at Mumbai embassy. & I inquired Mumbai embassy about case transfer & they replied if u have received any information from kcc u can transfer. So should I go for a transfer as already 5300+ visas from Asia region are exhausted & I have very less time. What to do according to the current scenario & calculations. Shud I wait for Riyadh embassy atleast for a month or till May end & observe or shud I immediately request for a embassy transfer as it atleast takes a month to process ( does embassy transfer take 1 month or more.?) Please I need some professional guidance ...

And also as per the current trend kcc is processing based on Embassy capacity first.
FIRST PRIORITY : EMBASSY CAPACITY.
SECOND : DS-260 SUBMISSION.
LAST : CASE NUMBER.
if my Survey is correct...

I think it is more complex (assuming the case is Current)

1. DS-260 Processed date
2. Embassy Capacity

If the DS-260 is not processed, it doesn't matter if the embassy has the capacity.

Where DS-260 Processed date depends on:

1. DS-260 Submission Date
2. Case Number
3. DS-260 Complexity (number of applicants, background check, etc..)

And I believe that DS-260 processing priorities are changing. They started purely with the DS-260 submission date, and once they filled queues KCC started prioritizing by Case Numbers. This switch probably happened by the end of 2021. We started seeing low case numbers getting 2NL with late submission dates.

But evidently, the most important factor is case complexity, it doesn't matter when they start with your case if it takes a long time to process. Large families who lived in several countries etc...
