Will the officer will accept these documents? I am going to apply N600-K for my baby and it will be through her grandfather.
We have two documents, one from U.S Nuclear Regulatory Commission Office (Goverment sector) that they decided to give the grandfather a higher position and the date of this letter is 10th of December 1980 and his service date was 13th of January 1975 ( Almost Five Years).
The second Document, that Report of birth aboard for one of his (grandfather) son. in this report he mentions that he spent 14 years in USA and he signed it and the consul also signed it.
Will be enough as a proof that he had five years inside USA? If i attache his PhD certificate will it help?
Do i need to mail a copy of these document or just a copy?
Thanks
