Please i need your help
I filed n600-k for my daughter
1/ I received a response, asking me to provide evidence for physical custody although I am married to their father and we are living together at the same address
They said that I have to prove that we are living in the same address and they asked me for school records, stating the custodial parent, ( or medical records, or insurance records, or other relevant documentation) I have a certification of residence stating that we all have the same address!
does physical custody only concern unmarried or divorced couples or it applies to the us citizens married to non us citizen ?
2/ My second question is that we moved to a new address and as I wanted to change the address in the US CIS account it was not possible to do do because they asked me to choose a “STATE” as a required field but we here overseas don’t have that so the change of address was not possible to do. How can I fix that? Thank you.
