You'll just have to hope they can find (or have already found) your father's certificate on file and won't insist on seeing the original. You at least have a copy of it, correct?
I do have a copy of all my fathers and mothers document that were asked to send with my application. I requested uscis for my file and in my file its was included so if they check my file they'll see it there.
