N400 - What Should I Send?

Hello,

I am about to send off my N400. I was wondering if there are any other forms I need to send besides the N400.

I have completed the G-1145 as well. Anything else I need to send with these?

My GC was approved in 11/2007. I am applying for N-400 now. My question on taking photocopy of the back side of GC.

When I hold up the back side of GC, I can see my name and stuff encoded in that large black horizontal band and and some general non-specific verbatim on top and bottom?

When I take a photocpy of the 'back side of GC', it is just blank for most part? I mean it doesn't convery or show any applicant specific info there, Is that o.k?

Yes, it is ok. When I did the copy of the back, the silver area becomes black. Don't worry about it.
