After looking at so many threads, it seems there are many guys in the same situation. I would appreciate if you can post your experience and timeline on this which can benefit others and they can be better prepared so that it doesn't happen with others.
 
What did the IO say to you?

You are missing crucial details as to what the IO say to you when you were given the form with 'decision can not be made' box checked?

That thread is for all interviews but the OP is interested in timelione only for those who got an "a decision can not yet made" interview result.
Even this category can be break down further into the reasons why a decision can not yet made like "interview before 5th year of GC" ve "other reasons.
