N400 status update - decision pending

interview on feb 17. Had 2 minor misdemeanors thrown out n no charges 4 years ago so immigration officer told me she can't approve automatically so a further back ground check is required and we will send you a decision on 3-4 weeks. Still no decision and my online status says feb 18 interview schedule in process. Does that mean I have a 2nd interview coming or it that just what the status reverts too until you get your decision and ceremony appointment?

No, the online status indicator is unreliable. But, they have at least 4 months to adjudicate. You could easily get the oath letter soon, but you could call, or go to an Infopass appointment.
