Hello Friends,
Has anyone recently got their citizenship with a speeding ticket on their record? I have one speeding ticket in the last 5 years and I do not know under which section I should disclose this.
Under Part 10 (D) Good Moral Character: The only closest question is question number 16. The question reads as " Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer for any reason?
Should I say "Yes" for this question? If I say yes, then I have to describe the situation. Has anyone filled out this particular information on their application?
Do I have to consult an attorney for this? Please reply.
