N400 require Document to send with N400?

I dont know what is the procedure for N400? What kind of document to send with N400? I know the required Documents for Interview.One of my Friend told me that we have to send N400 with cheque only.Is it true? Please suggest me Urgently.I want to send this on Monday because I have to travel for three weeks.
I would realy appreciate it so much.
