I had my citizenship interview in San Francisco on Dec 17th and it went very well. Immigration officer about to approve it then he saw that my 5 year residency condition is going to complete on Jan 10th, 2010. So, he said congratulations that all is fine but he can not approve it now because its not been 5 year since I got my green card. They will approve it after Jan 10th. he gave me N-652 with recommend Approval.
But its almost 40 days since my interview and 18 days since my 5 year condition was completed. I didn;t hear back anything from them. I tried to call 800 number but no real answer. Now, I made an Infopass appointment for next week. What you guys suggest me to do? should I wait and watch or do anything? please advice because i am really confused now.
