N400 questions

I am filling out N400. I am 4yrs 9 months into my employment based GC.
. How should I answer question in Part 2? Should I fill D(others) and say I am 4 yrs 9 months as GC holder
. Should I list my speeding tickets and parking ticket over last 13 years of my US stay?If so, what section should I do this?

Either select A or select D and write 4 years 9 month rule.

You can list them in part 10 of application.

I am clear of Part 2.
However, for Part 10. Should I say I was cited or charged for traffice tixs. Also, I don't clearly remember all tickets I got. Is a rough guess on date and reason good for the N400 form?

For traffic tickets you would indicate cited if they required you to show up at court.
Rough estimates of the tickets are fine.
