Hi All,
My I-751 has been recently approved. I am getting ready to file my N-400 in July. I have a few questions:
1. I got a reckless driving ticket in January 2009. I paid the fine and also have a screen shot of the proof that i paid the fine from Virginia courts website. Will it still be an issue?
2.I had 2 other speeding tickets both in 2006. One i took defensive drivers and got waived and the second one i paid it in full but don't have the receipt?
2. My birth certificate has my name and my father's name spelled differently than my passport and other documents.(only one alphabet difference). Also my family name is not completely written in the birth certificate. It just has the initial. I cannot get a corrected birth certificate from my home country. Will this be a problem. If so how can i fix this?
Apart from this i don't have any issues as my case is pretty straight forward. Never had problems obtaining conditional residency or even removal of conditions.
I traveled out of the country for 3 and half weeks in the last 4 years and filed taxes in a timely manner and I am happily married and living with my USC wife.
Pls advise
