N400 Question

Hi, I am in the process of filing for a N-400. I have a question on the N-400 Application.

In N-400 application I see a section which request for information about "Selective Service Registration". It also says the section should be completed only if between age 18 and 26 and reside in USA in any status except as a lawful non-immigrant. One who resides in USA during this age time frame on H1B can skip this section correct. H1B status is considered as non-immigrant status correct.

It also applies to those who were out-of-status/illegal.
(not that they'd register anyway)
