N400 question

I was completing N400 application as I am about to complete 5yrs - 90 days. I was in US all the time except once I went to India for 3weeks.

1. In Part 2 you need to check one of the checkbox about your eligibility. With above information should I check following though I have 90 more days to complete?

* I have been LPR of US for at least 5 years.

2. In Part 8 where it says "If you are married give the following info about your spouse"

There it asks about spouse's family name. Will it be spouse family name before marriage or after?

in question G it ask "How many times your current spouse been married". Is this asking any marriage before current marriage or including current marriage?

3. In "Good Moral character" section there is a question "Have you ever been arrested, cited ......". Now last year I got a ticket, so should I say "Yes" or "No".

answer yes because you got the citiation (ticket). however, what kind of ticket did you get? parking ticket? or moving ticket? if it is a parking ticket, you will not need to disclose it. if it is a moving (speeding) ticket, you will need to disclose it.

Use whatever last name/family name is listed on your spouse's Passport/Green Card etc. Good luck.
